5. Intellectual Property
NULLGAZE, its FSRS-6 brain system, detection patterns, and branding are proprietary. Scan results belong to you. The scanner engine is licensed under AGPL-3.0.
6. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NULLGAZE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL VULNERABILITIES WILL BE DETECTED. A CLEAN SCAN DOES NOT MEAN YOUR APPLICATION IS SECURE. Always conduct thorough security audits for production systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NULLGAZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
